As a church we desire to see women rise up and be all that God has designed them to be.  We have been born in such an incredible time in history, where we can do anything we put our hands to.  Years ago our mothers couldn’t be involved in many aspects of church life because of their gender, but this is so far from the Father’s heart and what He desires His church to look like.

Girls, we need you to rise up to be godly women, in your workplace, in your home, with your friends and in your relationships. You have been called and been born for such a time as this! Don’t let fear and intimidation restrict you and limit your life.  Get strong and healthy and stir up the passion for the things that God loves….people.

Small groups are a key factor in your growing and connecting into the life of the church.  Please contact the church office and speak to Pastor Gary for a woman’s connect group that you can join.  These connect groups give a place of safety, support and understanding as together you open the Word of God and get God’s view point on how to do life.

Friday 29th – Saturday 30th May, there is a State Women’s conference that you can be a part of.  Sue Keehan from Sunset Coast C.L.C, Perth is the keynote speaker, so make every effort to attend this conference just for women. You can find out more information on www.accvic.com.au or to register.

Mid-year we will be running another session of studies for every woman in the church who wants to be involved.  These ‘women only’ groups have proved to be a great bonding time and a fantastic time of growing together.  More details to come.

Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.  Don’t try to do life by yourself. Connect with Him, His girls and invite God into every situation you face.
