We believe that there is power and strength in having the families of the church strong and healthy. At Northside Christian Church we are committed to giving families every opportunity to grow and establish godly foundations 
The following four areas are the focus of Pastoral Care of Young Families at Northside Christian Church - Bundoora Campus;

   1. Families are discipled and grow spiritually in their walk with Christ.
   2. Assist new families connect into the church.
   3. Help build relationships with the families within the church   so they build valuable support networks.
   4. Provide activities that empower and offer practical advice for families in their day to day challenges. Some        activities are;
                Fun Friday’s > a movie night for kids with a parents lounge.
                Parents lounge > a chance to meet and mingle with other families.
                Connect Group > bible study and prayer time with child minding.
                Family Picnic > an outing to meet and mingle with other families.
                Day retreat > to spend time investing into your marriage, spiritually and emotionally.
                Marriage and Parenting workshop > practical advice for your family.
